Your child care tax statement can be found through the SchoolCare Works Connect Portal. Click on the blue “Statements” tile on the left side of the home page. The portal defaults to showing statements for the current calendar year. You’ll need to update the view by selecting the correct year in the drop-down just below the main blue navigation bar. Once it refreshes, click the “Summary Year End” link on the right side.
