Our philosophy is deeply rooted in the belief that every child is unique, with their own strengths, interests, and learning styles. Children experience various language and literacy opportunities through exposure to quality literature, varied writing exercises, and introduction to other languages. They also discover the arts, including music, creative movement, and visual arts (painting, drawing, sculpting). Our comprehensive approach to learning ensures that children learn about wellness, including physical development, healthy eating, and body competence. This promotes their physical health and instills lifelong habits of self-care.

Creating a nurturing and inclusive atmosphere is at the heart of our program. We strive to ensure that children feel safe, supported, and empowered to explore, question, and express themselves. Our team of educators places a strong emphasis on the importance of play as a fundamental vehicle for learning, creativity, and social interaction. Children are well supported as they work to make sense of the world around them and develop critical skills such as problem-solving, cooperation, and imagination.

Our preschool program is dedicated to connecting children with the world around them. At Dimensions Education Programs, children spend ample time outside in our Nature Explore Classrooms. Our research found that time outside connecting with nature has been linked to reduced stress, improved mood, and increased creativity. Educators encourage a sense of environmental stewardship and respect for the natural world alongside children exploring the natural world and nurturing their sense of wonder and curiosity. Engaging with nature helps children develop essential skills, such as balance and coordination, as they navigate outdoor environments and materials.
