Meet Our Staff

The relationship between children and adults is at the heart of quality care and education. Our teachers hold or are working towards a four-year degree and participate in extensive on-going professional development. We are proud to have motivated and dedicated educators who stay with our program for years.

As a faculty, we spend a great deal of time observing children and documenting their experiences. Then, teachers individually and with their colleagues reflect upon their documentation and develop an enriching environment and plan rich experiences for children.
